Hi Philip, methane producers are archaea and these are not bacteria. To heal from SIBO, you need to work with a practitioner to help figure out what set this up, what is affecting motility and then treat properly. Treatment may include those herbs, but there are specific dosing, timing, and adjunct support that needs to be used together, to treat this properly (while addressing the underlying issues - so you can keep the momentum going).

Hi!

You mentioned somewhere here on the website that if you are methane dominant that it is not a bacteria overgrowth, correct? How would you then approach it? I use Allimed, oregano and berberine but it is not really helping. Im super anxious which i know would not help me heal but when i cant see the light at the tunnel then its pretty understandable that i feel this way. Thank you!
